Social Security Cards for Non-U.S. Residents

Most people think that you need to be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder to get a Social Security Card, but that is not true. There are special types of Social Security Cards issued to Non-U.S. residents.Most people assume that you need to be a United States citizen or resident (Green Card holder) in order to get a social security card, but that is not true.
